Meet Frankie. Frankie was found in the pouring rain by a dumpster in Long Island being kicked aside so people could put their garbage in the dumpster. Thank goodness a wonderful person saw him and scooped him up and got him to us. He is a super affectionate, fearless little man who NEVER stops purring.
